EQUIPPING TO LEAD THE CHURCH • EMPOWERING TO BUILD THE CHURCH • DEVELOPING FUTURE CHURCH LEADERS
What is a Collective?
A collective is a group of people united by a shared concern or passion, working together toward a common purpose.
Our Motivation
The Church today faces a critical gap: a shortage of strong, committed, spiritual leadership. This lack of leadership affects the Church’s ability to thrive, disciple others, and fulfill its mission.
Our Common Goal
Hope Leadership Collective (HLC) exists to develop Christ-centered leaders who are spiritually grounded, relationally committed, and ready to partner with Jesus—and with each other—to build the local church.

The Hope Leadership Collective (HLC) is a 10-month, hands-on leadership development program designed to equip and empower future leaders for the Church. Participants will grow in knowledge, spiritual maturity, and practical ministry skills—all within a supportive and spiritually rich community.
While the HLC’s primary focus is on building leaders for the local church, the skills, character development, and leadership principles you'll gain can impact every area of your life—at work, home, church, and in relationships.
Hope Church’s mission is “to see lives renewed through hope in Jesus Christ.” But this mission is not carried out by a few—it requires a movement of committed, Spirit-led leaders making disciples who make disciples.
We encourage you to take time to pray about this opportunity. HLC is a significant commitment, and we’re looking for people who are both called and ready to grow.
